Ann Marie Kline of Gallup, formerly of Burghill, passed away peacefully of natural causes at 2:40 p.m. Tuesday (11-2-10) in Little Sisters of the Poor Home in Gallup. She was 90.
Mrs. Kline was born Jan. 21, 1920, in Continental, Pa., a daughter of Joseph and Sophia Stankovich Kuharik.
She graduated in 1938 from Redstone High School.
Mrs. Kline was a member of what is now Our Lady of Fatima-St. Ann's Church, Farrell, and belonged to the former St. Ann's Altar and Rosary Society. She was a member of the First Catholic Slovak Ladies Association. A homemaker, Ann was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, and will be sadly missed.
Her husband, Michael S. Kline, whom she married Sept. 25, 1940, passed away Aug. 14, 1992.
She leaves: her two daughters, Sophie Mack and her husband Donald, Hermitage; and Barbara Kline, Mentmore, N.M.; two sons, Michael Kline and his companion Nancy Dudzenski, Brookfield; and Stephen Kline and his wife Lori, Steubenville, Ohio; and eight grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
In addition to her husband, Ann was preceded in death by her grandson, Michael Mack; her two brothers, Joseph and Stephen Kuharik; and her sister, Mary Sczypta.
