Private funeral services will be held for Ann Parkany Zordich, Hermitage, formerly of Youngstown, she passed away peacefully of natural causes at 4:00 p.m. Monday (12-14-15) at her residence. She was 98.
Mrs. Zordich was born June 22, 1917 in Greenfield, Pennsylvania one of ten children born to Andrew and Maria Pisarsky Parkany.
She attended Hickory High School.
She worked as a laundress for 34 years at American Laundry, Sharon.
Ann belonged to St. John's Lutheran Church, Youngstown, Ohio.
Her husband George Zordich whom she married on May 18, 1963 passed away on July 19, 1999.
She is survived by a sister Marge Kocholek, and her brother, Steve Parkany both of Hermitage, and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents, four brothers, Andrew, John, Joseph, and George Parkany, three sisters, Sue Banjak, Mary Yendrek, and Betty Felesky.

Services: Private Services will be held for Ann. Funeral Arrangements are by the J. Bradley McGonigle Funeral Home and Crematory Inc. 1090 E. State St. Sharon, Pa. 16146
Interment: Lake Park Cemetery, Youngstown.
