Funeral services will be Tuesday (3-31-15) for Andrew Krivosh of Hermitage, who passed away of natural causes (3-28-15) in his residence. He was 83. Mr. Krivosh was born Dec. 13, 1931, in Sharon, a son of Michael O. and Mary Scerba Krivosh. He was a lifelong area resident and a graduate of Hickory High School, Hermitage. Andrew served in the U.S. Navy during the Korean War and retired as an inspector in 1994 from Sawhill Tubular Products, Wheatland, where he was employed for 34 years. He was a lifelong active member of Sts. Peter and Paul Evangelical Lutheran Church, Sharon. He was also a member of the Loyal Order of the Moose, Farrell. "Uncle Andy", as he was known to many, enjoyed gardening, taking long rides in Amish country and spending mornings at the McDonald's on Route 18 in Hermitage with his fellow coffee drinkers. His wife, the former Mary D. Tinlin, whom he married Aug. 3, 1970, passed away Oct. 5, 1995. Besides his wife, Andrew was preceded in death by 10 siblings, Suzanne Gadke, John Krivosh, Mary Chapo, Michael Krivosh, Mildred Vasconi, Margaret Durch, Edward Krivosh, Julia Dickson, Gerald Krivosh and Robert Krivosh. Surviving are a brother, Paul Krivosh, Hermitage; two sisters, Betty Ann Wolf, Masury and Barbara Kreske, Howland, Ohio; and several nieces and nephews. Memorial contributions be made to Sts.
