Amanda Louise Porreca, of Sharon, passed away at 9:01 a.m. Monday, July 16, 2012 in the emergency room of Sharon Regional Health Systems following a life long illness. She was 10.

Amanda was born August 9, 2001 in Sharon a daughter of Paul and Lydia Michael Porreca.

Amanda just completed 5th grade at Sharpsville Elementary School. She was involved in the Super Kids Soap Box Derby, Midwestern Unit IU4 Art Exhibit, and the Special Games. She enjoyed feeding the fish at Pymatuning Spillway and trips to the many zoos in the area.

She is survived by her parents, Paul and Lydia Porreca of Sharon; a brother, William Porreca at home. Paternal Grandmother, Harriet Porreca; Maternal Grandfather John Michael.

Amanda was preceded in death by her Paternal Grandfather, Paul Porreca Sr.; Maternal Grandmother, Louise Michael.
