Alicia L. Gallicchio, of Sharon, passed away at 3:53 p.m. Thursday (8-4-16) at Allegheny General Hospital following a brief illness. She was 47.
Mrs. Gallicchio was born April 10, 1969, in Greenville, Pa, a daughter to Carolyn Lovelace (Cole) and Donald J. Rodenbaugh.
After graduating from Sharon High School she worked at her father's bar "The Office" in Sharon, which Alicia was well known for. She also ran a successful catering business "Alicia's Catering and Specialty Foods". Alicia was well known for her cooking ability. She catered many functions in the Valley. She volunteered her services at many of the local clubs.
She enjoyed planning parties, going to the mountains, music, fishing, her cats "Stefka" "Spike" "Tigger" and "Winkey". Alicia always looked forward to going to the mountains for her birthday, no matter what the weather. Alicia enjoyed talking to her friends and was a member of the Slovak Home in Farrell; New Deal Club, Farrell; Moose Lodge #55, Farrell; Italian Home Club, Farrell; Farrell VFW #5286.
Alicia was always willing to step up to the plate to help her friends or family in their time of need.
Surviving are; her husband John Gallicchio whom she married on January 6, 1996; a daughter, Samantha Lynn Stull, Sharon; her parents.
She was preceded in death by a brother Keith Alan Lovelace.
